1.Each person willing to participate in SYMBIOSE 200y is kindly asked to complete the registration form and send it to our email (symbiose2007@gmail.com) till the 15th of April. Please, note that only FULLY COMPLETED registration forms will be accepted for further processing.

2. SYMBIOSE 2007 staff will confirm your registration by sending you an e-mail (may take a couple of days). We will send another e-mail 10 after the deadline with our decision (whether you are accepted or not).

3. The participation fee is 150 Euros, you must pay till 31th of May. Participiants which woun't pay the fee till this date wihout notifying us, will lose his/her place and will be given to next person in the waiting list. Please note that we need to receive the 150Eur, which means that you are to pay bank transfer expenses. If we receive less, we shall collect the missing amount when you arrive in Latvia.

4. The participation fee covers food, accomodation, field trips, excursions etc from 1st till 10th of August. It covers almost everything, except travel expenses from your home country to Latvia and back and health insurance.

6. SYMBIOSE staff will inform you when the transaction has taken place.

7.Registration fee is not returned if you cancel your participation 3 weeks before the event (later than July 10) .
